Delivery Information, Terms and Conditions

 

Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts deliver beautiful gift solutions all over Australia.

 

Ordering

 

  • We accept orders on line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however hampers and gift baskets will only be delivered Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
  • Orders via telephone or fax must be within our business hours: 8.00am and 4.00pm.
  • When completing the order form please ensure that you provide us with the correct details of the recipient. Inaccurate information may result in delivery delays or added charges to re-deliver. Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts will not accept responsibility for late or non delivery if inaccurate information is provided to us.
  • Please note: we cannot send hampers and gift baskets to P.O. Boxes.
  • Once your order is received by Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts we will contact you to confirm your order and discuss delivery costs.
     

 

Delivery

 

  • Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts only use reputable and trustworthy courier companies to ensure that your gift basket arrives as expected.
  • Courier rates apply to all deliveries, and depending on the location, may take several days for delivery.
  • Please contact us on: (02) 4952 5213 for costs and expected delivery times.
  • While all efforts are made to deliver gift baskets and hampers by the allocated times, there may be instances beyond our control.
  • There is no Weekend or Public Holiday delivery anywhere in Australia.
  • Christmas is a very busy period. Please allow for this when you place your order.

 

Privacy

 

  • Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts guarantee that your personal details will remain confidential and WILL NOT be passed on to any other party.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

  • Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable from our suppliers, but we will guarantee that the replacement item will be of equal or greater value than the original item.
  • All hampers containing alcohol can only be delivered to persons over the age of 18 years.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts will assess the situation based on a case by case basis.
  • Hunter Valley Hampers and Gifts will not accept return of goods without prior approval.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping on all returns.
